How To Look Like A Miu Miu Doll For Less

I am continuing to keep each one of my styl + ish dolls chic and up to date with the latest trends and fashion tips so I am coming at you with another "look for less"!

For anyone whom knows me, knows that I just love me some Miuccia Prada. She is an amazing designer, and Prada alone is an awesome power fashion house in one. I figured I would share a look that anyone can simply grasp for less.

But first below is the graphite patent leather bow mary-jane Miu Miu pump. Its $455.60 and is the perfect shoe for spring/summer 2012. This shoe will definitely give your closet that sophistication you are looking for. To purchase this shoe simply click on the link above.

NOW here's what you have been waiting for. . .the perfect alternative for those not looking to break the bank! Lori's Camel Bamma shoe (below) looks quite like Miu Mui's (top) right? And its only $89.99! Can you say #MAJORSTEAL!!!! So to purchase this "look for less" instead simply click on the link above.

What Tori Wore 3/11/12

Hey everyone, I wanted to introduce a new segment I will be calling "What Tori Wore" that will showcase some of my daily looks. I have been wanting to do this for quite sometime but I never remember to take pictures of myself lol. In fact, just to warn you, I have the worst camera (phone) ever and until I get a new digital camera, I probably won't do these daily but I will update as much as I possibly can.

I am a stylist whom lives by simplicity and sophistication. You guys will eventually notice that is my niche. I don't believe in drowning out styles with overly excessive accessories or garments. I believe in a bold statement all around. They usually complete a look with nothing extra needed. Remember, the simplest looks can make for the most styl + ish looks.

On another note, this is a prelude to my actual video blog (vlog) "The Diary of A Stylish Stylist" that will be coming out on my YouTube channel very soon. So be on the look out for that also. It will give you a true visual of my behind the scenes footage when I am working and I will update most of my "What Tori Wore" segments online at that point. But until then here you go. Hope you enjoy!

My Top 10 Styl + ish Wardrobe Must Haves For SS 2012

Spring and summer are vastly approaching. . .and you should be updating your wardrobe as we speak if you haven't started already. I personally do not stick to trends but I will say that I have a few "must-haves" that I would like to share for my ladies looking to stay fashionable and glamorous this season.

Below are my top 10 picks:

1. Tote Bag
Most ladies already have these in their closet and even wear them on a regular day to day basis, but there is nothing like a classy and simple tote that you can pair with almost anything.

2. Trench Coat
A light weight trench is OH so chic and a beige coat can go along way for those unexpected nippy days. Pair with a matching umbrella just in case those nippy days call for a little rain as well.

3. Ankle Cuffs
Now I know what you are thinking. . .some of you may know but some of you may not. I am not talking about the kind like you are on house arrest lol, I mean an actual gold metal ankle cuff as seen in the streets of Paris. They were spotted last year during SS12 fashion week, so as predicted last August, these accessories will definitely be popping up.

4. Pointed Toe Pumps
As the saying goes, history repeats itself and in fashion that happens quite a lot. But with something so classic you really can't get away from it because it never goes out of style right. . . the pointed toe pump is one of them. The right pointed toe will give you a great sophisticated look.

5. Boyfriend Blazer
A boyfriend blazer can be worn year round. It's the perfect accessory really and if it's not too warm out, a great choice for your ensembles this spring/summer.

6. Peplum Shirt or Dress
These are great statement garments that can be added to your wardrobe and can also be worn year round if you wish.

7. Pastels
Pastels really bring out the brightness in spring and summer. They make fashion really pop for me. I know a lot of people state that they like winter fashion more but I am kind of biased. I like spring and summer better myself. Yes, it's true, less clothes are needed but you still can layer light weight garments with colors like pastels for a spring and summer look.

8. Ankle Strap Heels
I love love LOVEEEE ankle strapped shoes. They bring out the fiend in me lol because I will literally buy a pair of ankle strapped shoes in every color they have! Try wearing these with the gold ankle cuffs or a pair of white socks for an even funkier image.

9. Wide Brim Hats
Styl + ish, simple and chic all in one! Hats can always add an extra pop to any look and why not make it wide! Pair with sunglasses; and with both you will be greatly protected on those days where there may be some extreme UV rays.

10. Gold Metal Belt
This belt can be paired with a nice body conscious dress or wrap dress to create a defined waist. It can even be worn with a nice pair of high waist wide leg trousers.
Share your thoughts ladies and if you need direct recommendations from the list, feel free to comment below! I'll be happy to help you look more styl + ish for spring and summer.
